AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY - ACTIVITIES PRIOR TO 2019


WY Veterans Staff Including Activity Director Mary Sue and Assistant Zack on the right. In the back Bart a Post member. Zack is being recruited. 

The Legion Air Force Jet has been moved to Pueblo, Colorado

Unit 13 Members Peg Sillivan and Michele Lofgren.

The Skilled Nursing Facility will eventually use this area.

Aligning jet to truck.

The stand pipes were cut at an angle and welded to  4’ x 4’ metal plates on the truck bed. The jet appeared to be taking off. They also strapped the jet down.

Wyoming Delegation following the 2014 Parade. Vicki made the horses carried by Auxiliary members including Rock Spring Juniors.


QUILT of VALOR
The Buffalo Quilting Gals made and presented a Quilt of Valor to Lou Braten, a WWII veteran. Lou is very proud of her service and was trained in physical therapy. She later graduated and worked as a physical therapist in Buffalo.
